• 2 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup milk of choice
• 1 Tbsp Provitalis Mushroom Matcha
• 1 Tsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey or agave)
• 2 Tbsp greek yogurt
• Fresh berries
• Sliced almonds or other nuts
1. In a jar or bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, mushroom matcha powder and sweetener, stir well.
2. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
3. Once the chia has thickened, give it a stir then add a layer of greek yogurt and finish with fresh berries and sliced almonds.
