• 1 Cup granola of your choice
• 2 Tbsp Provitalis Mushroom Coffee
• 1 Cup almond milk
• 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
• 1 banana
• Fresh berries
1. In a mason jar or bowl, add the granola, almond milk, mushroom coffee blend and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
2. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the oats to soften and the flavors to meld together.
3. In the morning, give the granola a stir. Serve over sliced bananas and top with a few fresh berries.
