• 1/2 Cup rolled oats
• 1/2 Cup almond milk
• 1 Tsp Provitalis Mushroom Matcha
• 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
• Fresh berries, coconut flakes, or nuts for topping
1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, mushroom matcha, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the oats to soften and the flavors to meld.
3. When ready to enjoy, give the oats a quick stir and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or nuts for extra flavor and crunch.
