• 1/2 Cup rolled oats
• 1/2 Cup almond milk
• 1/4 Cup fresh or frozen raspberries
• 1 Tsp Provitalis Mushroom Coffee
• 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1. In a mason jar or bowl, add the rolled oats, almond milk, mushroom coffee blend, chia seeds and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
2. Add the maple syrup or honey, and gently fold in the raspberries. Stir again to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the oats to soften and the flavors to meld together.
4. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir. Add extra milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. Top with a few extra raspberries or a sprinkle of nuts, if desired.
